Uncertain future

Pros

Good job market experience. A nice stepping stone to further your career. Fun colleagues.

Cons

Uncertain future in the airlines. No loyalty from the company. Long hours. Expect to work into the evening and weekends. It’s not a written requirement but an expectation to sacrifice personal time for “saving the company”. Jetforward!

Pros

Benefits are cool and flexibility

Cons

Great workers aren’t appreciated. Thats the exact reason this place is a revolving door when it comes to employees. All they care about is having bodies whether you can do the job or not. It’s really unfortunate honestly. I love workig with airplanes. Just the practices and the way Ground operations crew members are treated really really sucks. They really treat you like you are disposable.

Pros

flight benefits the people you work with remote job

Cons

honestly it depends on who's team you are in. Some leaders are horrible but others are really good at their job and care about their team.
