      Lacking work /life balance , way to much mandatory overtime , paid time off can be difficult to get.

      I have seen a great deal of DOUBLE Standards. Do as I say, not as I do. Uniforms for example. Crewmembers with tattoos, piercings. Tattoos visible, tongue piercings, cheek piercings. nothing done about it. Some crewmembers getting P.G.'s, while others (pets) getting nothing. Punch in times being adjusted for the SELECT people. PTO granted for the same people, VERY often. Low seniority doesn't stand a chance. If you're not one of the favorites, forget about being a lead or Supervisor.

      Pros

      This company gets it. If you are lucky enough to get in, stay there. You'll always have a few bad apples wherever you go, but at JetBlue the good apples definitely outweigh the bad. Focus is on customer and crewmember (employee) at the same time. They really believe in social causes as well. The company also has great vision.

      Cons

      If you work in New York City I'm not sure the pay is adequate for the cost of living there. It's still good pay, just for the cost of living part it's not as great as it could be.
