Pros

Great culture!!!! Profit sharing is a huge incentive and working here feels like being part of a family as opposed to a number at any other company. Jetblue cares about their Crewmembers!

Cons

Health benefits are costing more however this is a nationwide issue and we are not the only company affected.

Pros

A diverse and generally fun group of people.

Cons

Station crew and facilities are overextended. We keep adding more flights, but we are often short on crew members, do not have enough gates and don't have enough (or any) aircraft available for backup. This results in delays and cancellations that should be avoidable.
