Work from home is the only pro.

Cons

Pay is horrible, with all the emails and keeping up to date on procedures you feel like you work 24/7. Benifits would be good if you could use them. You have to sell your soul to get time off. Benifits don’t make up the difference for low pay. Compliance is unreachable so you never get full bonus. Talk time out of control. You can’t assist the customers and get your bonus one or another. Customers are 90% of the time rude, because of all the fee changes.

flexibility, travel benefits and if you dont mind working with people the job itself is entertaining

Cons

unacceptable health insurance that doesnt cover you. insane deductible. 18 hour work days, the company doesnt care about your well being or safety. no union means they can do what ever they want with you. you can be fired for nothing. you dont matter. you are just a number. its all about the money.

Pros

Most people are friendly. Worst comes to worst, you don't like a colleague, you don't have to work with them again in a few days. Flexibility in scheduling is great.

Cons

Commuting from any other city that isn't a base is stressful, especially during weather - cancelled flights, delayed, etc. will affect your dependability rating and sometimes result in call outs. They emphasize Caring as a core value however do not seem to take very good care of their employees during Irregular Operations. I personally have not had issues with it but I've been the lucky few.
