Pros

13 years with this company and I thank God every day for my career as a flight attendant here. I have always felt cared for and valued by our management and I’m proud to work for a company that is well respected by our customers and airline peers.

Cons

Being away from home for days at a time.

Pros

great travel benefits and a few of the co workers are really nice great training if you get to attend the Orlando training sight they promote within

Cons

management is absolutely horrible. heavily micromanaged can get fired very easily no compassion for employee circumstances quick to write you up, as if they look forward to you messing up the values are more for the customers JetBlue doesn't value their employees they just say they do no understanding or compassion pay is very low insurance is expensive about 100$ for individual monthly
