Pros

The only pro is the employees.

Cons

Jetblue has a glass ceiling and does not want to retain their employees. Moral at it's worst. Untrained management which uses bullying tactics to write their employees up. Continually changes policies and work rules. You can be terminated at anytime and without cause. You will be accused of anything and will not be allowed to know or answer an accusation nor be allowed to have a witness for your support. Now they have added cameras on their aircraft to watch flight attendants at all time. I cannot refer this company. Look for another airline that values and respects their hard working employees.

Pros

Free flight perks, exposure to the inner workings of a Fortune 500 company.

Cons

Where do I start...JetBlue was a great company, they kicked out the original CEO and founder in 2007, then in 2015 they kicked out the 2nd CEO (also a founder) and ditched humanity to pursue brown-nosing to Wall St. JetBlue lost focus of showering customers with that enjoyable travel experience they once pioneered, and also slipped in their appreciation of the precious resource that built their Brand, the Crewmembers. In pursuit of the greenback, JetBlue is trending towards charging for almost everything, like all other airlines, which is counter to what set them apart in the Early days.

Flight Attendant

Pros

Was part of an award winning team of Flight Attendants

Cons

Leadership continues to deteriorate with each passing year. Company's motives are strictly related to benefiting the shareholders, no longer practicing the core values that the company was founded on. Flight Attendants are non-union and as a result are below industry standards on many fronts. Additionally, there are zero grievance procedures in play, paired with at-will employment = no guarantee for anyone's tomorrow.
