Pros

Free flight benefits for you and your immediate family. The company does do a lot to engage employees so they will not have a union.

Cons

Would suggest union for anyone work at a Hub airport JFK,MCO,FLL etc. outrageous policies that be should be revised. Can’t dispute the outcome , which you may think is unfair.

Very stressful during irregular operations ...supervisors , Sr management, no seniority on flying , vary hard to fly standby

Pros

The crews and it's employees are the best and it was the only thing that kept me there. So many hard working employees dedicated to this unappreciated, unworthy thankless company.

Cons

Unqualified Management, the company is a mess and can't seem to get it together. At will employee status, cliquish and favoritism on every level. This company's horrible track record speaks for itself.
