Pros

Flexibility . Travel benefits. Long breaks ( depending what airport) Culture. Profit sharing.

Cons

Health insurance covers only 80% of cost after high deductible. Some supervisors have power strips or are aggressive and lack of people skills, pleasing leadership and mistreating you. JFK Airport ops employees are rude even to coworkers flying.

This company used to be fun to work for.

Cons

Too much nepotism. The only way to move in this company is through friendship. Some of the supervisors andmanager are incompetent. They talked about values but they don't followed them No intergrity. I can wait until I can find new job.

Amazing benefit package, 401k 5% match , Roth, Stock discounts, flying benefits , Medical, dental, vision

Cons

Lack of leadership knowledge with lower level Team leaders who over see flight attendants. lack of support when on workers comp , no union, rules can change instantly. Flight attendants tell on each other.
