Pros

Company has an amazing culture and with great performance comes fast advancement opportunities, if interested. Bilingual crewmembers get a higher pay.

Cons

Work at home opportunity is not so flexible after all. Overtime is mandatory. Sometimes 30 mins or 4 hours, which means if you're off that day you have to run home and grab any time left to complete your mandatory portion. Just remembering that you are competing with hundreds of others to get the time you want or can. Some 10 hour shift days can turn into 16 hours.
