Flexible and great flight benefits.

Cons

One of the lowest paying airline in America. They rather put a fresh coat of paint on their planes than pay their employees well. Please choose another airline with better pay. I’m only doing this part time (RCL) for flight benefits, while working a full-time remote position to support myself.

Pros

Flying benefits and being able to bid for a schedule each month as opposed to being given one. (Which they don’t even take into consideration)

Cons

You are given sick time but cannot use it because there’s never enough reserve flight attendants available so you have no one to cover you & management does not care. You could be bleeding out in the hospital, even a doctors note won’t get you excused. They will fire you for anything. You also get reprimanded if they send you somewhere else for a trip or training but can’t find your way back home. They don’t even alert you when people you’ve worked with get sick so you’re unaware of having an infection of some sort.
