Pros

They have great travel benefits. Your travel companion and family can all fly for free. You can also fly in other airlines and fly internationally on other carriers after your 6 month probation

Cons

The biggest con is that upper management can not be trusted. The work rules are in the grey. They seem to only be concerned with the customers. There is no union.

Pros

Flying standby for free and on other airlines for a small fee

Cons

JetBlue is very cliquish, if you aren't friends with the right people you won't go anywhere.
