Was a fast-growing fun company with great values.

Cons

Is no longer a fast-growing fun company with great values. Pilots are vastly underpaid compared to all other major US airlines, and contract talks have dragged on since 2015 with no end in sight.

This is the best airline to work for! They care about their employees and the pay is relatively well. The culture is amazing! If you want to work for ay airline, I recommend JetBlue!!!

Pros

Has strong culture that effectively encompasses the five values of the organization. Flight benefits are great. Supportive leaders and inclusion of lower level employees in decision making processes.

Cons

Compensation and benefits are poor. Attempts to run very lean, effectively making employees feel overworked and undervalued. Lack of transparency and focus on positives rather than addressing opportunities for improvement is the biggest downfall of the organization.
