      Decent Company to work for

      Pros

      Mass growth in the company = more opportunities for growth, flexible schedule for the most part (once you're off reserve), you build your own hours and pay.

      Cons

      Rules are gray; rules/consequences are not consistent across the company bases. Not as transparent as when I first started with the company. Major changes to the airline over the last couple years has now led to a possible union brought on by the crewmembers.

      Pros

      Great business model, good management, solid career longevity.

      Cons

      Timid and shy when it comes to competition, unwilling to bring employees to market rate pay and its hard getting looked at for management unless your willing to put in a lot of extra hours first volunteering.

      Crewmembers not treated as well as they should be; Dismal Pay

      Pros

      Very laid-back work atmosphere; No micromanagement; Wonderful crewmembers; Company as a whole is mindful & sustainable

      Cons

      Starting pay is horrific and well below poverty line for flight attendants; Leadership is overwhelmed and disorganized; during irregular operations too many crewmembers are left with no hotel accommodations and totally neglected; no union so work rules are constantly changing, and verbiage is VERY gray and works in management's favor instead of crewmembers'.
