Pros

Work environment and peers are excellent...

Cons

Management refuses to conclude a market rate contract with the pilots. This pilot group severely lags peer pilots group in pay, work rules, and time off.

Pros

Very diverse culture, good benefits and never a dull moment.

Cons

The wages were not good at all but I knew that signing up. I worked for them for the experiences at the time, not the pay. I had to consider other options because it just wasn't enough for my lifestyle anymore. Flight Attendant's will never be paid fairly in my opinion but it is worth it if you don't care about the low wages.
