Pros

The people, your peers, your Supervisors and frontline are all fantastic. Opportunities to grow and do acting positions to learn new positions and about other departments.

Cons

It used to be a fun and great place to work then it all changed in years 17 of the company. Everything became more corporate and they forgot about the people. The Directors don’t know what they are doing and just pass their work down to the over worked Managers to get everything done. They fire management then don’t replace them, they just spread the work among the remaining staff. No appreciation for doing more work and no pay increases. When the company isn’t doing good then they freeze increases and bonuses but years they are doing good there’s no extra. All of the good people left upper management in 2020.

Pros

Pre pandemic seems like the company was treating employees not Great but decent. Flight benefits is good if you find the right time to travel.

Cons

In the past two years with so many leadership changes and new structures seems like everyone is leaving the company. Many are overworked, leadership not listening to front line employees. Many good candidates to be in leadership positions don’t want to take the leadership roles because everyone knows how badly treated leads and supervisors are from higher ups. The core values are lost.

Pros

Flight benefits for you and your immediate family.

Cons

They overwork their reservations team and pay minimally. I understand Covid really turned the airline industry upside down and now they’re struggling to keep up with the dramatic increase in flying but JetBlue really needs to provide more incentive and benefits to their employees.
