Pros

Leaders are genuine and forthcoming, and the people are almost always great to work with. JetBlue is trying very hard to hold on to the culture and reputation it's enjoyed for a while.

Cons

Very high turnover rate as people are lost to competitors. Many people do the jobs of 2-3 people. No paid parental leave at all.

Pros

Flight benefits and work from home.

Cons

This company is very demanding. They start pay at $14.50/hour even with years of customer service/leadership experience and expect you to be on call 24/7. Systems are not user friendly and don’t work efficiently putting additional strain on crew members.
