Great team of employees.! Thomas Minor has got to be one of THE BEST manager I've had an opportunity to work with in my years of employment. The staff also makes you feel like part of a family.

Very positive atmosphere. Great compensation and benefits. 401k matched at 8%, insurance day one, 16 days of paid time off yearly that doesn't have to accrue before you can use it. 10% off Jet.com, Walmart, and Walmart.com for qualified items.

Cons

Feedback and ideas that I have had over the past two years have received little to no action from management. The culture and company vision has changed since Walmart acquisition. Company direction is now unclear and transparency is close to nonexistent. The people that formed the culture in SLC are gone, and people are looking for other opportunities.

It sounds like you have some specifics and I want to hear you out, let me know if we can set some time up and chat. I do want to address some of the concerns that you brought up specifically. People leave organizations but I can assure keeping a positive culture alive is key. Folks are generally going to look for other opportunities that best fit their needs.
