Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback and ideas of what we can do to better as a company. It sounds like you have some specifics and I want to hear you out, let me know if we can set some time up and chat. I do want to address some of the concerns that you brought up specifically. People leave organizations but I can assure keeping a positive culture alive is key. Folks are generally going to look for other opportunities that best fit their needs.
