Pros

Pays well, especially for entry level. Fun perks/work parties

Cons

Promoted too many people to leadership positions that aren't of leadership caliber. Little room for advancement at the moment.

Thanks for your feedback. Sounds like you may have some concern behind career growth and opportunity in the company. I'd love to chat more about these things directly, if you'd like, as we are more apt than ever to be able to provide room for growth, diverse roles, and multiple opportunities across locations and organizations. The sky is the limit. Kristin R., VP Talent Experience

Pros

snacks, coconut water and swag. People don't care about when do you go to work and when do you leave, just get the work done and you are good

Cons

the company locates in New Jersey. Though it's very close to New York City, it still takes a long commute time for people who live in Brookelyn

Great review, we're excited to hear you found a good balance working with Jet, and that results and being driven to win matter above all. So sorry that you found the location to be limiting; we love our waterfront local and NYC view. And, the proximity to public tansport can't be beat! Kristin R., VP Talent Experience

Pros

Very positive atmosphere. Great compensation and benefits. 401k matched at 8%, insurance day one, 16 days of paid time off yearly that doesn't have to accrue before you can use it. 10% off Jet.com, Walmart, and Walmart.com for qualified items.

Cons

Feedback and ideas that I have had over the past two years have received little to no action from management. The culture and company vision has changed since Walmart acquisition. Company direction is now unclear and transparency is close to nonexistent. The people that formed the culture in SLC are gone, and people are looking for other opportunities.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback and ideas of what we can do to better as a company. It sounds like you have some specifics and I want to hear you out, let me know if we can set some time up and chat. I do want to address some of the concerns that you brought up specifically. People leave organizations but I can assure keeping a positive culture alive is key. Folks are generally going to look for other opportunities that best fit their needs. Like I said it really sounds like you have some ideas, without bringing those forward we can't make changes. Dave H., VP Member Services
