      A great stepping stone but not a career. Some supervisors were either really open and honest or the complete opposite.

      Pros

      Free sodas and snacks. Great tools, young professional environment, and most people were positive for the 2 years I was apart of Jet/Walmart.

      Cons

      Female supervisor of an integration team stated “I just don’t feel like you wanted the position,” during feedback, after a second interview for a potential leadership role. After obtaining perfect attendance over a year, being on the team from the beginning, assisting with the training side by sides, no constructive feedback to assist in a potential new opportunity. It’s unfortunate a female leader would not have any feedback of value.

      Free soda and snacks seem to be loved by so many! I agree we have a pretty positive environment with some awesome folks. We're always going to do our best to have a management team that gives all our Specialists their all, sometimes there are bumps along the road. While I can't comment on your direct interaction with a member of management, I can give you some resources to reach out to.       Cons

      The core values do not apply to the company culture, even though there are those that trick you into thinking they do. "Trust, Transparency and Fairness" is now solely based off from what particular individuals think is. How is it fair to lose your number one manager over a small request? How is it fair that none of upper management demonstrates an interest until it is absolutely necessary? How is fair to not hire other managers/positions when there is a need right away?

      Pros

      Great work environment with plenty of opportunities to move up the ladder. Decent benefits and good pay for such a position. The people are very supportive and friendly. The building is modern and clean.

      Cons

      Just a bit too much micromanagement although some employees may as well need it.

I agree that we have supportive peers and everyone here is friendly. We never want someone to feel micromanaged. Our goal is to empower and trust people to fulfill their day to day work without micromanaging. Each leader and team will differ in the amount of autonomy they give to each employee. As such, it is important to calibrate with your leader to help him/her understand how you are feeling.
