      Very calm and nurturing environment

      Did not have positions for interns to move into, very corporate, matrix company means it's hard to get things done sometimes

      Pros

      The team I was working with was extremely dynamic and attuned. Being part of it was inspiring and every day I was learning something new.

      Cons

      The department I was working in wasn't my the type of job I was expecting to do in the future and I was the only intern so sometimes I felt like I wasn't helpful at all and they didn't know what to do with me.
