      Pros

      It is a great place to work where your work feels valued. Management treats employees (mostly) with respect and humility. The pay is good and the benefits are industry-leading

      Cons

      Just like the downsides of all businesses, when you are no longer needed, they have no problem getting rid of you. SOmetimes poor business planning can purge institutional knowledge for jut long enough that we realize it was a mistake, necessitating new hires, and new learning curves.

      Pros

      The salary was reasonable and I liked that I could work from home.

      Cons

      No training...I was a contractor and the group I went into didn't share or show how to do the job. They are insecure if you have more experience than they do!

      People were nice and always willing to help if you had any questions. Lots of opportunity to do stuff based on your interests.

      Cons

      You have to take initiative and want to learn. Engineers are busy with their own work too.
