      Company has a great work culture and positive work environment. They support the employees in their own professional development and give many opportunities to learn new things.

      Can be hard to move up in the company. It also takes a long time for things to happen because its is a big company.

      the package was ok.

      Cons

      The company culture is very bad: they drilled each other for each purposes. The senior management are very dictatorial, they don't wanted to listen (even listen) new ideas, not open for new inovative ideas. Every change is bad for them.
