      Pros

      Good learning about the complexity of a multinational pharmaceutical company. My integration in Belgium was easy and colleagues friendly and supportive. Flexibility was a plus allowing a right life-work balance

      Cons

      Very political environment. Lot of inequality in terms of benefits and opportunities. I was an expat and when leaving the company, I discovered other expat had benefits I did not, even if I requested.
