      Pros

      Ethical company. Flexible working for some roles; active training and development department. Good products. Janssen is part of J&J. a very large organisation, so there are opportunities for cross- movement between different parts of Janssen and other J&J companies.

      Cons

      Too process-driven, much too much emphasis on KPIs; slow to adapt to changing working environment. Too many reporting spreadsheets.

      Work/Life balance, innovation, plent of options for career advancement, open to hiring outside of the box, company car. “Janssen Nice” culture.

      Cons

      Sometimes there can be a lot of administrative work like compliance training. Compliance department is quite strict which limits innovative messaging. Sometimes management does not follow through with supporting your career development goals.
