Big projects, fast-paced, above average pay

Cons

Limited benefits; people are just numbers; appalling timesheet culture; top heavy. Senior management is engaged in non-billable process driven work and promote staff who advocate processes; senior management (most of roles not required) justify their existence while lower ranks work really hard to generate revenue; micro-management by some of the senior and middle-management; blame culture by senior management; extremely commercial approach with little regard to staff's well being and mental health; no performance related bonus.

Backstabbing can almost be like acupuncture at times

Cons

Sends USA and UK work to Poland & India "Service" Centers to avoid native born pay/benefit demands. Typical corporate rah rah BS while no real internal transfer opportunity. Management consisting almost entirely of payola outcomes - phony bolognas!

I cannot think of any pros other than large company with global footprint if you want to move around?

Cons

Took our amazing company (KeyW) and completely gutted our benefits, corporate culture, hiring structure, salary potential, and motivation to try our best everyday. I no longer brag about my job to my friends or talk about how great it is and that’s a pure shame. Very disappointed and will be looking elsewhere. Congrats to big wigs for moving in the direction of losing talented employees. I wish we were never acquired.
