Pros

You get free lunch and parking and the people you work with are awesome. Management is very approachable and easy to talk to.

Cons

Raises do NOT keep up with inflation and management goes out of their way to make sure that you can't get the max raise possible. They also book these parties that are just excuses to get boozed up on the companies dime while you work. It is also blatantly obvious that there is a disconnect between the event sales team and the event planners in terms of the logistics involved in setting and tearing events leading to very tight turn arounds. Also there is NO upward movement unless a manager quits (unlikely) or kicks the bucket.
