Not mandatory to complete 9 hours for IT department. No time sheet tracking. Very less work load.

Cons

No growth in terms of Skills and career progression. Inhouse projects which provide very less learnings. Downgrading of skill set. Getting a new job is nearly impossible after spending 2-3 years here as your skills set is now alarmingly low to crack an interview and salary has gone up than standards. Adding to all the above - The IT Management is biased and favoritism is at its peak.

The annual benefit options are relatively good.

Cons

Poor pay review and career progression. Management ignore staffing requirements and suggestions that would be beneficial in the long run if they have to spend money in the short term. They would rather spend more money over a longer period of time.
