Currently i am working as a Team Manager pensions employee benefit Pune. Pros Execpt location of the company nothing else

Cons

Atrrition rate is high Company not for team manager or ops manager Many tms and oms have left the organization bcoz of the pressure and mind games and politics. Most of the times u will feel as if u are working for 1 or 2 people from snr mgmt and u will not feel u r wrking for jlt. Increment is average. 6% for 3 rating 9% for 4 rating 12% for 5 rating

Pros

Support staff are fantastic, if a little down trodden. Huge financial backing and known name. Country wide office network and wonderful things such as "print rooms".

Cons

After acquiring the company I had been working successfully for, for over 15 years, I only lasted 2 1/2 years at JLT. The senior management have no idea what the actual consultants face on a day to day basis, pick targets out of thin air, that they then double at a drop of a hat, and if you mention a conversation you've had with a lead, suddenly it's accrued business.

Cons

Politics openly, favoritism, fake motivation for hard working or honest employees. Open door policy or transperacy only for name sake, total waste. If any query or concern is raised the answer you will get is "THI IS MANAGEMENT DECISSION" (totally baseless) HR irresponsible does not have any concrete answers to questions raised. Only make a note of employees issues and never come back.
