      Fun activities, Parties, Recreation zones and scenic view

      Cons

      Politics openly, favoritism, fake motivation for hard working or honest employees. Open door policy or transperacy only for name sake, total waste. If any query or concern is raised the answer you will get is "THI IS MANAGEMENT DECISSION" (totally baseless) HR irresponsible does not have any concrete answers to questions raised. Only make a note of employees issues and never come back.

      Pros

      People. Culture. Client relationships. JLT Re is a place for really good, talented people who want to develop strong internal and external relationships. JLT Re also encourages thinking outside the box and is looking for new ideas and ways of doing things.

      Cons

      Flat organization. Low salary bumps for non-producers currently. Internal politics. Your salary is largely dependent on your experience and your manager’s ability to fight for you to get what you deserve up the chain.
