Pros
Legal team in India is giving lot of trouble to all its employees. The captain of the ship of this team is a ruthless man. He has own set of rule for him and his fellow female colleague who is a DM. He take leave whenever he want, she work from home whenever she want. Others don't have this privilege. He will stay at home, she will walk in early and disappear for hours. THe lady has had the highest rating as compared to her peers ever since she joined. This is what she goes about telling people. Others get a rating of 3 with great difficulty whereas she gets 5 easily. She was also given the privilege of doing a course at IIM Lucknow whereas others were not even asked about it.
Cons
Everything. This has been known to all but no one does anything? Does the company have any ethics left? Are they fine with their employee s struggling and the 2 people have all the fun and take away all the ratings and everyones share of Bonus? Wake up now if you have not already. Ask past present employees , they will tell you all the stories.
