Pros
People at the lower levels are generally really nice, and work very hard. The office was close to town.
Cons
There is very little investment in people. There are no opportunities for progression, and requests for further training or qualifications were never followed through. IT systems are not fit for purpose and resulted in an inability to effectively deliver service as expected by clients, which led to frustrating backlogs of work. 'Treating Customers Fairly' generally disregarded or interpreted creatively at best.
