      Good pay hike compared to others

      Very stressful work env, most ppl end up working more than 12 hours and weekends, absolutely no care for employees, and no HR policies for employee care. They have no projects and keep firing people every now and then just because they are incapable of getting any work.

      Has been 1 year in JLT India now. There are many points I like about JLT India:- 1. A very Nice work culture.Stress free environment,frequently organised events,parties to bust all stress,a cool and beautiful location and facility adds to a cool work culture. 2. Good Onsite opportunities. 3. Nice salary ,hike and bonus. 4. Fast Growing company. 5. Moving towards process oriented approaches. 6. Good work and focus on new technologies. 7. Appreciation in the form of monthly,quarterly and yearly awards. 8. A lot of efforts and cost spent on training employees.

      Cons

      Hierarchy and roles are different from other IT companies. As of now no other points.
