      Good location, benefits, technology training, relaxed work environment.

      Cons

      Very little work most of which is too easy. Dis-organised working practices and obstinate lead developers. No domain or product knowledge sharing. Products used by JLT competitors leading to no vision for products. Being outsourced.

      Clean office, drinking water, oxygen to breathe, good salary, easy work environment for those working on Greek tools and tech

      Cons

      Network restriction , you can not have even a chrome installed on machine, getting ftp installed is like winning a trophy, Google is also restricted, you need to follow a cumbersome process of reviews and approvals to request for basic tools and accesses still no available, co. does not have basic set up.People who are happy to work on Greek tech are happy to work here..do not join JLT for I.T..unless u run out of options..last do not join Pune office..I heard they are in big mess.
