Pros
The company as a whole cares about it's employees and provides good benefits, social clubs and Christmas parties. Employees are friendly. Plus the London offices are super-slick
Cons
The staff within my team were at breaking point, led by weak management who refused to admit that they were understaffed, for fear of looking incompetent. Instead, they resorted to getting us to manipulate the MI to make the situation look less dire and every month would see a different employee being harassed and scapegoated - I left when it became my turn.
