      Good professionals, Good city, Great work. Changes a lot from department to department

      Very Hierarchical Structure, a good or a bad environment and job depends solely on what type of manager you have. Work teams are not very young and some are too stuck in the old ways of doing things.

      Some very nice and competent people work there, product is good. Canteen is good in Basildon. Some good senior managers

      Cons

      HR are the most incompetent I have encountered in a long career, have been caught blatantly lying to current and new staff a number of times. Car scheme is very expensive and you have to pay to leave it if you change company during the 2 year term of the car. Some good senior managers are not allowed to manage as they are over ruled by some very inexperienced and inept management in Turin who think they know better. Culture is “it won’t change so why bother”
