It's one of the leading companies in commercial vehicles business. It has a strong culture in making tough, reliable vehicles. Friendly approach of colleagues.

Cons

The organization has too many levels and the company has a poor culture of sharing information: no job descriptions are published on the company intranet, ad often is not easy to know who is responsible for what.
