A lot of freedom & independence especially if field-based however unsure if this is simply a consequence of poor management? People are generally nice and willing to help

Cons

Massive territories and virtually no support while out in the field, also very little empowerment from management to be able to sort issues on the spot and add value to customers/dealers/company

Potentially good product with great innovation.

Cons

An HR department that has no interest in the value of employees since moving to Basildon. The company has no loyalty to employees whatsoever. They will bleed you dry and spit you out regardless of any previous commitment shown.
