Thank you for your positive review and for pointing out the work hard/play hard culture; we have put a great deal of effort behind this concept in the last 12-18 months and we are happy to see this is being felt in Cincinnati. As far as technology, a new global HR system will be launched in 2017 and we are confident employees will love it!

Pros

Lots of really smart people. Big focus on clients. The work is very interesting. Who doesnt want to learn more about how people make decisions?

Cons

Sometimes the workload peaks can be challenging given the amount of project work

Pros

Management appears to care about us. Conduct regular employee surveys & monitor the progress. Department Town Halls as well as Quarterly All Employee Town Halls. Access to Sr. Leadership - started an Ask Pierre (Ask CEO) Blog a few years ago in which every question is posted and answered. Some changes in our benefits have resulted in Ask Pierre (i.e. Paternity Leave, more Maternity Leave, etc). Continue to hire good talent / look to transfer talent between business units which is always a good thing.

Cons

Technology is lacking at times
