Pros

The people are amazing. They work hard and have some of the biggest hearts out there. The company itself sounds great on paper - its one of the largest in the industry. Good name recognition.

Cons

Where to start. There's no work life balance and the expectation is that you sacrifice yourself for the client. People are stressed, it's the norm, and there's no break. People are leaving left and right for good reason. You can't live like this for long. And there's no room for promotion. Good luck trying to become a moderator if you're a project manager. Otherwise you're just stuck in operations, mindlessly and furiously fielding research.

Pros

You get to choose your own hours

Cons

The majority of office staff are terrifying individuals who generally make things as difficult as possible. The middle management are on the whole ok but the number of out and out bullies is excessive for what is a multimillion pound company. If you want to make a complaint about someone you cant. End of. There is no HR policy I have ever seen or in fact anyone that deals with HR in the call centre which is amazing for an office with over 3000 casual workers. The job is tedious, the pay is appalling and there are pretty much no incentives to do well as the only chance of getting promoted is if you are popular with the office staff. People will spend most of your day shouting at you down the phone. There is a mjor drug culture in the workplace which for some may be seen as a benifit but is certainly not condusive to a positive working environment. Mori should only ever be used as a place to go if you are DESPERATE for money.
