Pros

The people I worked with were helpful and friendly. My manager was a great guy and he was always there for us. They work with large corporations and you can learn a lot about advertising research.

Cons

The wages are low, the workload is ridiculously high and upper management just does not care about the research analysts, coders or interviewers. The moral is low and the Synovate merge went horribly wrong.

Pros

- the managerial package is ok (average to low-ish in terms of wage, plus parking place, plus premium medical insurance, meal tickets go without speaking) - young and dynamic environment (= lots of energy, nice people) - working in online (=things change a lot, you need to keep yourself involved in the activity) it's definitely not a boring place if you want to do something with your job - close to good public transport (that could be an advantage if you live in Drumul Taberei/ Crangasi, both are close to the job) - overtime is compensated by free time (according to the law, but so rare these days in Romania.. ), and weekend overtime is compensated both by free time and payment (again, this is what the law requires) - nice annual party

Cons

- many teams are overloaded - now that the company is no longer growing exponentially in terms of employees, career development is difficult (not many new managerial positions) - for entry-level, the wages are actually a bit low - ok, there are meal tickets and the (good) private medical insurance, but not enough from my perspective

Pros

Decent part time job as a Teleinterviewer, flexible hours, good managers

Cons

Boring work! Such a pain! Also, there was little natural light in the office along with working with old smelly people.
