Pros

Some amazingly talented researchers work at Ipsos and most are more than happy to provide support, help and advice when it's needed.

Cons

-- Too much emphasis on using only Ipsos products/methods for research. While standardization of can maximize profits, it does not meet the research needs for many of the Fortune 100 companies. -- Business units are silos so there is no incentive for those in operations to pay attention to project budgets. Likewise, it makes it difficult to chip in and help on a project for a BU different than your own. -- No respect for older employees. Recent layoffs have overwhelmingly been among employees 40+. They don't want to pay the salaries for experienced employees.
