Horrific

Pros

Helpful co-workers within the team.

Cons

It is so bad it honestly feels like you're part of some psychology experiment that's created to test how much you can take until you break. The tools and processes are about as bad as they could possibly get. There's so much to fix that it will take years to dig out of the hole, and that's the best case scenario only if management starts loosening the budget so the teams can hire quality talent and produce better tools. Inefficiency abounds.

Toxic work environment

Pros

3 weeks PTO + 2 floating holidays you get to work from home sometimes

Cons

Its easy to get overlooked for your good work. Many of the managers have no leadership skills and people get promoted on an unfair basis.
