      Pros

      The employees are extremely smart and talented, so you learn quite a lot from your coworkers. The research and development at the company is innovative and cutting edge. The product you work on has a bright future and people are passionate about improving medical care. The work-life balance was excellent - while at times you did have to stay late to meet a deadline or finish a project, for the most part people enjoy their evenings and weekends. Upper management is accessible and friendly.

      Cons

      I found that I worked on my own quite a bit, so I missed some of the teamwork aspects of working at other companies.

      Intuitive's the best company in the Bay.

      Pros

      High workload, challanging products. It's great to work towards advancing the disruptive technology of robotic surgery. All of my co-workers are the best in their field.

      Cons

      There are a lot of projects going on at once, and some groups don't realize the extent of responsibilities others have in the company. Project prioritization can use improvement.
