Intuitive Surgical is a heaven on Earth for technical innovators and trailblazers. I worked with some of the best minds and hands during my tenure. I wore many hats, leading, following, joining as needed. The company has a very bright future!

Cons

Work life balance can sometimes be taxing, but what is fun without challenges?:-) A side effect of being on the forefronts of technology is that you have to work on shaky grounds and unproven lands, on uncertain tasks, with dynamic teams. Hence career progression may come slower than normal.
