Pros
Company offers a great product. Colleagues below management level are great to work with. However, the current situation of being understaffed also leads to tense situations.
Cons
You are expected to do overtime frequently without any kind of compensation. Incompetent manager, with absolutely no knowledge of the business, who only seeks for mistakes of direct reports.Manager being kept in position, even after multiple complaints from different employees. HR is absolutely not open to discussion. Turnover of staff is very high in several different departments below management level.
