Incredibly demanding culture which puts work-life balance way out of whack if you are trying to raise a family.

I learned a great deal, and absolutely left a better professional than when I arrived.

Cons

Way too much "coaching" and "feedback" to the point of doing it just to do it. Tremendous arrogance pevades the sales organization.
