Cons

Can sometimes be overwhelming. Hybrid work schedule difficult to implement. At office 5 times a week.

The company is honest, and truly dedicated to the "Patient First Always" mentality. Integrity is a core value in hiring, and it shows. They refused to lay off any staff during covid, and made sure all employees were taken care of.

Cons

It is high stress, with lots of paperwork. Timelines are tight, and everything needs to be done carefully. This combination leads to a lot of stress.
