world leader in surgical robotics

Cons

The entire company is incompetent outside of the engineering department. 99+% of engineering is men - the portion of the company that matters - and therefore benefits can't be relied on and get worse every year. Oh, and they got rid of vacation! Only managers, who get to decide if you go on vacation, enjoy the perks of "flex vacation". My last year I had 0 vacation days.
