      Pros

      Intuitive invests in their people with continuous development opportunities. From day one at Intuitive I have been challenged in a way that has help me grow as a professional. Additionally, Intuitive's mission on helping physicians heal without constraint is nothing short of outstanding.

      Cons

      High paced environment with high accountability. This isn't a con in my opinion, but if you are not comfortable with those expectations you will not be happy here.

      Pros

      The organizational mission is phenomenal, the technology is first class and the people surpass both!! The quality of life here is also top notch!

      Cons

      To balance work and life it is always upon the individual regardless of the employer. Intuitive supports, empowers and encourages people to manage the daily tensions of work responsibilities and life responsibilities. In my experience, I have always found that leadership wants me to be healthy mentally and professionally. They give me what I need to manage that but it’s up to me to implement those best practices.
